Dr. Curtis "Curt" Connors, portrayed by Rhys Ifans, is the Marvel Cinematic Universe's (MCU) iteration of the Lizard. He is a brilliant scientist specializing in regenerative biology, driven by the desire to regrow his own lost arm.
Connors worked alongside Peter Parker's parents, Richard and Mary, on groundbreaking research. After their deaths, Connors continued his work, eventually developing a serum derived from reptilian DNA.
